The kiosk wasn't working as usual. This isn't the first time. It took 20 minutes to get it sorted out AGAIN. I won't be back
We are not happy with the way this Taco Bell handled with this. my wife and I came last night at 12 am and ordered food My hole meal was completely wrong. Did not receive one of our items at all. We did not see it tell we got home. Called the manager that same night and told him what happened he told us to come back and we will fix the wholemeal. I told him we been driving all night and it was to late. The manager told me to come back the next day and he will fix it we came back and they did not fix the meal. It was a waste of money. I’m sorry but I will never go back here on the response that my wife and I got. Would not recommend this location because they do not keep their word at all.

This store is quick to charge you to make a change to a deal or meal, but will not make the change you were charged for. On top of that, they will need to REPLACE instead of giving the food that they should have gotten right the first time. Nevermind the gas you waste to go BACK to the store. They're talking about store policy. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction????? I guess they can strive without it.
30 min wait in drive through for five carsWrong order at window.Still wrong order when I left. Never got a receipt. Went inside to correct my order and there only two employee working. One cashier for both drive through and front.checkout. And one cook. Over 10 people waiting in line inside. I feel sorry for the employee. Why would the management team let that happen. Keep my $8.00 and hire some help. 4pm on a Thursday. Unacceptable. Let's not even talk about Taco Bell customer service department. Never a sorry was uttered. Will never be back
Dude they were fast and comical. So was I made for a great ordering experience.
The staff was more than help and very well train. The food also was ready on time. Plus it was a clean environment
The manager has a chip on her shoulder. She made customers and employees very uncomfortable. Tried to MAKE me use the kiosk. She rolled her eyes so hard when she saw employee ringing me up at the register and scolded him right in front of me. He was so nervous he got the order wrong. I was also double charged. Order had to be made all over. She was scoldy to me as if I did it. Seemed like I was at the register for an hour and I was there with a disabled child. It was horrible and no apology rendered.
This is a great place to eat with the family. They have great prices and great food. I definitely would recommend to anyone considering!
Waited for 25 minutes for the food, then we had to ask again for our cups for the drinks. The employees acted like I inconvenienced her when I asked for the cuos, then she only handed me two and we ordered 5 drinks. Very poor service.
The food I ordered was correct, aside from receiving the wrong sauce. However, it was obvious the person taking the order through the drive-through was quite frustrated at my large order. Taco Bell overall is very respectable, just don't expect anything super friendly from the location in Stop 6 if you have a large order.
This place gives extraordinary service and tasty meals. My favourite spot ever. The meals served quick and the prices were reasonable. Recommended.
I go to this taco bell 2 to 3 times a week and the service and food are great except for the little old Espanic lady when she is running the register she is horrible and they took my 10 dollars and said it was fake it was just an older 10 dollar bill not fake my grandfather gave it to me to get us lunch i used to love this taco bell but that little old lady has finally done it for me I do not like it or her at all the manager should be fired then her the 2 boxes that I ordered came out with no boxes and the order was wrong I was missing 2 soft tacos took about 12 minutes for the to fix it I ate inside and could hear the same mean old rude lady going off on employees and what seems yelling at costumers thumbs down and I love taco bell but I am never coming to this one again
We love their $5 special boxes! They truly are great I must say. One of the BEST things on their menu are the frozen Mountain Dew drinks. I haven't had that since a kid, but the frozen ones are very delicious, especially for summer. This location always gets your order correct, that's a huge plus for a drive thru these days !
I prefer ordering from a real person instead of a computer terminal.
Horrible customer service, the place is dirty, & the workers are hostile/ghetto. Always lollygagging on their phones when there's a line. The food is poorly made and overheated and the condiments are unstocked. Driving to another location for better service is recommended.
We went late and they were not busy, yet they still screwed up our order.

It's frustrating that customers who dine-in have to order at a kiosk. Employees will actually walk from behind the counter and direct customers to a kiosk instead of taking the order themselves, even if the customer asks them to do it. Then, the orders come out miserably slowly inside. If you have to go here, do yourself a favor and go through the drive through. I will even go drive-through and then carry my food inside to eat.
Nobody greeted me at the counter. They were understaffed and the one person available was assisting the drive thru. I ordered via the kiosk, which was surprisingly easy. However it took a long time for anybody's order to get made. Several other customers in the lobby had done the same as me. This location has some serious staffing problems apparently.
I like this place because of the quality of the food here it is so good.
Food taste great but they were slow and presentation was horrible and they got a few specifics of the order wrong
Usually this location is out of some type of ingredient to complete an order but this time I was able to get what I ordered. I don't know who does the ordering but he or she need to be trained again on his to keep products in stock
They were very polite and got our order out fast and hot I have no negative thoughts for this location
We have been to this location about 10 times, and tolerated errors in the past but not anymore. The customer service was really bad. We ordered a 10 pack of tacos. The cashier came from behind the counter to enter the order in the kiosk. I paid cash and she had to go to the register to collect my payment. They RUDELY hollered out my initials twice when the food was ready. We were the only two customers in the restaurant. The sweet tea was not sweet, the soda had too much CO2, not brinxed properly. If I wanted to order at a kiosk I would have used the drive through. We like Taco Bell, but I don't plan to visit this location anymore.
The food is good and the people are great. I was greeted with a smile and treated like a preferred customer. Moreover, buying the $5 Double Chalupa Box gave me an opportunity to win an Eclipse XBOX ONE X bundle!
Pay for extra beef on the side and get home, and they game me very little meat on my meal. 🤬🤦â€â™€ï¸ðŸ¤¦â€â™€ï¸
The food quality was the best it tasted very delicious 🤤🤤🤤
My experience was fantastic. Anytime I want a taco or burrito I’ll be sure to come here. Can’t wait to try the other foods as well!
